At AIRadar we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and for what purpose, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law.

1. Data controller

The controller is AIRadar. You can reach us at contacto@airadar.es.

2. What data we process

AIRadar is a mainly informational site and requires no sign-up and collects no personal data for browsing. We only process data in these cases:

• If you email us: your address and the content of the message, solely in order to reply.
• Third-party advertising and analytics: we show Google AdSense ads, which may use cookies to personalise advertising and measure its performance. See the details in our Cookie policy.

3. Legal basis and purpose

Processing your contact details is based on your consent when you write to us. The use of advertising cookies is based on the consent you can manage through the cookie notice.

4. Retention and disclosure

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. We neither sell nor share your data. The technology providers we use (hosting, advertising) may process data as processors under their own policies: Google (privacy policy) and Vercel.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@airadar.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
