Microsoft 365 Copilot is the business version of Microsoft's assistant: not a separate chat, but AI built into the applications your staff already work in. It drafts in Word, analyses data in Excel, summarises meetings in Teams and prioritises email in Outlook, with access to the organisation's documents and mail while respecting existing permissions.

Copilot Business is promotionally $18/user/month (standard price $21) and the enterprise version costs $30/user/month with an annual commitment. On top of that you need the base Microsoft 365 licence.
Is it the same as the free Copilot?
No. The consumer Copilot is free and works as a chat; this one is built into the Office applications and accesses your organisation's data.
Does it see my internal documents?
Yes, and that is the point: it works over the organisation's files and email, respecting the permissions each user already has.
