It drafts in Word, analyses data in Excel, summarises meetings in Teams and prioritises email in Outlook, with access to the organisation's documents and mail while respecting existing permissions.

Where it stands out
It works inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams with access to your organisation's files and email: summarising the thread you have not read, drawing conclusions from a spreadsheet or drafting a document from others of yours. That access to company context is what no external tool can provide.
Where it falls short
The result is uneven across applications: at summarising email and meetings it does well, and in Excel it falls short of what the marketing promises. It also depends on your files being in the right place and well organised, which in many companies they are not.
How its pricing works
It is billed per user per month on top of the Microsoft 365 licence you already have, which across fifty staff is a serious figure. The practical advice is starting with a small group and measuring whether it genuinely changes how they work before rolling it out to everyone.
